On 15 August 2024, the application process opened for budgetary assistance under the programme ‘State support for agricultural producers using reclaimed land and water user organisations’.

The budgetary grant will be provided to:

agricultural producers for works involving the reconstruction and/or new construction of land improvement systems, carried out in accordance with project documentation approved in the prescribed manner, in an amount of up to 50 per cent of the costs (excluding value added tax), but not exceeding 26,500 hryvnias per hectare of cultivated land on which hydraulic land reclamation is carried out, excluding the cost of sprinkler machines, for land reclamation systems commissioned between 1 November 2023 and 31 October 2024;

to water user organisations for the restoration, reconstruction, modernisation and major repair of pumping stations commissioned between 1 November 2023 and 31 October 2024, following the relevant works specified in the project documentation, in an amount of up to 50 per cent of the costs.

Applications from agricultural producers will be accepted via the State Agrarian Register until 31 October 2024.
