On 9 July, a working meeting was held at the Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences to discuss current issues relating to the scientific foundations for the development of the livestock sector at regional level.
The event was attended by Pavlo Muzyka, President of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, and Ihor Vuytsyk, Chairman of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber’s Board, as well as representatives from the fields of education and science and government bodies.
In his presentation, NAAS Academician and Professor Hryhorii Sedilo outlined current trends in the scientific support of innovative development, particularly regarding the organisation of training for postgraduate students and young researchers in the livestock sector.
During the meeting, the issue of institutional cooperation between the NAAS Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region and the European Academy of Innovative Provisioning regarding technology transfer was raised.
Participants in the working meeting outlined the main thematic framework for organisational support regarding the development of livestock sectors at the regional level, particularly on farms.
