The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine has included the State Institution ‘Lviv Regional Phytosanitary Laboratory’ in the List of phytosanitary laboratories authorised to carry out inspections, sample collection and phytosanitary examinations (analyses).

This is evidenced by information on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

The authority of laboratories to carry out inspections, sample collection and phytosanitary examinations (analyses) during martial law and for 90 days from the date of its termination or repeal has been entrusted to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of State Regulation in the Field of Pesticide and Agrochemical Management’.
