In today’s world, where humanitarian aid is becoming increasingly important, initiatives aimed at alleviating suffering and meeting basic needs are of great significance.
One such initiative is the Institutional Food Programme of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), which is being implemented by the Lviv Agrarian Chamber in the Lviv and Ternopil regions.
Positive feedback from institutions, establishments and organisations that have received support under this programme attests to its significant impact. One such institution is the charity organisation “House of Mercy”, located in the Chortkiv district of the Ternopil region, which has received support from the Lviv Agrarian Chamber. The institutions express their gratitude for the food received and look forward to further cooperation.
“We would like to express our deep gratitude to the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, which provides us with food as part of the Institutional Catering Programme,” the House of Mercy notes on its Facebook page.
The Zhovkiv Multidisciplinary Educational and Rehabilitation Centre “Zlagoda”, located in the Lviv region, has also posted a video on its Facebook page showing the delivery of food supplies by the Lviv Agrarian Chamber team. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/Yjec8vbHVS9xkeTs/?mibextid=w8EBqM
“We express our sincere gratitude to the wonderful, caring and kind-hearted people from the UN World Food Programme and the Lviv Agrarian Chamber for their charitable assistance – the food supplies. We hope that for your good hearts, you will receive many gifts from fate in the form of health, happiness, love and longevity,” the authors of the post note.
These words highlight the importance of joint efforts in addressing social issues and supporting those in need. The Institutional Food Programme not only ensures access to healthy food but also provides an opportunity to develop and strengthen communities, making the world a better place for everyone.
