You can obtain electronic documents from the Pension Fund online via the Fund’s e-services portal.

The service is available to users who have logged into the PFU portal using a qualified electronic signature (QES) or an ID.GOV.UA bank card.

However, an employer can only generate a request for an extract from the electronic employment record book if the insured person has personally created an entry consenting to the employer receiving it.

To create a list of employers whom the user has authorised to access the electronic employment record book, use the ‘Add’ function in the ‘Access to EERB’ menu item, which opens a screen form:

– EDRPOU code – enter manually;

          – Insurer’s name – filled in automatically based on data from the Unified Register of Insurers.
