The Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Lviv Oblast has 1,038 legal entities – agricultural producers – registered with it, of whom 663 have opted for the simplified taxation system (Group IV single tax payers). 

In 2023, agricultural producers paid 350.1 million hryvnias in personal income tax (PIT) on the lease of land plots (shares), of which 51 agricultural producers paid more than 1 million hryvnias in PIT. The increase in revenue amounts to 131.0% of the actual revenue for 2022, or 82.6 million hryvnias (in 2022, personal income tax revenue amounted to 267.5 million hryvnias).
