Applications for the inclusion of Ukrainian agricultural businesses in the list of verified exporters are now available via the State Agricultural Register (DAR). This has been announced by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
To be included in the list of verified exporters, an entrepreneur must first register with the SAR if they are not already registered there. Secondly, they must obtain a confirmation letter from the bank regarding a successful export transaction. The third step is to submit an application to the DAR, specifying the VAT payer code and attaching a scanned copy of the letter from the bank.
The decision on inclusion in the list of exporters is made within 3 working days of the application being submitted.
As a reminder, the Government has approved a resolution ‘On the implementation of a pilot project to verify entities in the agro-industrial sector under martial law’. According to the document, a list of verified entities in the agro-industrial sector that export goods will be compiled. In particular, this includes cereals, oilseeds and processed products. To be included in the list of exporters, a business must meet certain criteria.
