The Lviv branch of the Ukrainian State Fund for Farm Support is announcing a call for applications for financial support for farms to carry out production activities and diversify production under the budget programme ‘Provision of Loans to Farms’.
Financial support for farms is provided in an amount not exceeding 1 million hryvnias, subject to the obligation to repay the budgetary funds within a period of up to 5 years.
Farming enterprises shall submit to the regional branches of the State Fund, in paper or electronic form, an application in duplicate in the form approved by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, together with the documents specified in paragraph 8 of the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget to support farming enterprises, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1102 of 25 August 2004 (as amended by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 349 of 1 March 2007) for verification.
Applications and documents will be accepted from 17 April 2023 to 17 May 2023.
All farms are eligible to participate in the competition, except those that have outstanding debts to the Ukrderzhfond and its regional branches, those declared bankrupt, those against whom bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated and which are in the process of liquidation, as well as those found to have illegally obtained and/or misused budget funds.
Furthermore, farming enterprises classified as legal entities or individuals subject to special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) pursuant to relevant decisions of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, enacted by a Decree of the President of Ukraine on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”.
