On December 3, an online meeting organized by the National Association of Agricultural Advisory Services of Ukraine (NASDASU) took place within the framework of the project “Getting to know the agricultural advisory services of Ukraine”.
On this day, the agrarian community of Ukraine had the opportunity to communicate with the leader of the advisory service of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, Ihor Vuytsyk. For almost an hour, he presented the activities of the service, which unites 22 advisers and experts, talked about the range of services, achievements, implemented projects, and outlined the problems and strategic development plans until 2030. During the meeting, other representatives of the LAP advisory service also shared their experiences: Volodymyr Kysil, an agricultural expert-advisor, focused on the implementation of nanotechnology in crop production, Romanna Lev spoke about socially oriented advisory services in the field of rural development and project writing, Ihor Voynilovych – focused on land management issues, Lyudmila Tuchak – presented her experience in the field of berry growing and advisory services for farmers. David Kravchenko, the youngest LAP advisor, shared his experience in writing business plans for family farms.
The meeting was moderated by Ivan Pankiv, president of the National Association of Agricultural Advisory Services of Ukraine, who emphasized the importance of such events for sharing experience and establishing cooperation between regional advisory services.
Advisor – Dmytro Solomonko – graduate editor of the electronic Bulletin “AgroForum” assured that he will continue to highlight key events and initiatives that contribute to the development of advisory services and support of Ukrainian farmers.
