On the Public Cadastral Map, two new information layers have been made public – “Agro-production groups of soils”, which contains information from the State Land Cadastre on the boundaries of agro-production groups of soils within the boundaries of settlements and outside them, and the “Natural-agricultural zoning” layer, which contains data on the boundaries of 200 natural-agricultural districts of Ukraine.
The information published in the specified information layers was the basis for the nationwide (all-Ukrainian) regulatory monetary assessment of agricultural purposes, which was developed by the SE “Research and Design Institute of Land Management”, and entered into the State Land Cadastre.
From now on, everyone can familiarize themselves on the Public cadastral map (map.land.gov.ua) with current data on whether a certain territory belongs to particularly valuable lands, or whether the land is suitable for growing a particular agricultural crop. Also, these data can be used by specialists in the land management field during the development of technical documentation on normative monetary valuation of land.
Information layers “Agro-production groups of soils” and “Natural-agricultural zoning” were created for the purpose of displaying on the cartographic basis of the State Land Cadastre data on agro-production groups of soils and natural-agricultural areas, information about which is entered in the State Land Cadastre.
