The page contains information about all new opportunities for landowners, farmers and communities, as well as for those Ukrainians who previously did not have the opportunity to purchase and dispose of land.

The information is divided into three areas: “I am a landowner”, “I am a buyer” and “I am a tenant”, where everyone will find answers to relevant questions.

Yes, the landowner will find out to whom he can sell the land plot, at what price, what documents are required for this, whether it is possible to sell part of the land and what taxes will have to be paid during the sale, etc.

The buyer will receive comprehensive information on all conditions of land purchase and collection of necessary documentation.

And the lessee learns about his priority in the purchase of land and the principle of exercising the preferential right, as well as about various important nuances of the lease agreement.

In addition, on the “Land Reform” page on Action.Business, everyone will find reference materials and instructions for using a land plot, as well as for buying and selling a land plot. This, in particular:
