On December 10, a free webinar dedicated to strategic planning for territorial communities with elements of adaptation to climate change will be held.

Participants will receive basic information and knowledge on how to approach the preparation of strategies for the balanced development of a territorial community, as well as an understanding of how a local development strategy affects the community’s income, the environment, the country’s defense capability and energy security in general.

The webinar will raise topics and consider how to approach building strategies for the balanced development of territorial communities of Ukraine.

The logic of sustainable development, the ideology of which was established in the 60s of the last century, consists in finding a balance between economic development and the impact on the surrounding natural environment. The climate of planet Earth is changing rapidly. So rapidly that it leads to changes in economic and social relations, affecting both geopolitical and local relationships. Local strategies and global progress, as it turned out, are extremely interconnected things. Only those countries are successful that have effective local strategies.
