Agro-producers and legal entities are required to submit the ownership structure and information on the final beneficial owner to the state registrar by October 10, 2021.

Documents to be prepared:

– Ownership structure – a schematic representation of the ownership structure of a legal entity, which reflects all persons who directly or indirectly own this company.

– Extract, statement or other document from the trade, bank, court register of a non-resident in the country of its location (if the founder of the legal entity is a non-resident legal entity).

– Notarized copies of the passport of the ultimate beneficial owner.

If you do not submit this information or do not do it on time, the legal entity will have to pay a fine in the amount of 17,000 to 51,000 UAH.
