The Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine conducts a survey of agricultural producers. The purpose of the survey is to assess how easy their interaction with state bodies is. 

In addition, farmers are invited to indicate which certificates and certificates, applications or extracts, other forms of interaction with the state in the land, tax, banking, etc. are outdated or not relevant.
