If you have a plot of land and use it, but it was registered before 2004, then, most likely, you cannot fully dispose of it. This is because she does not have a cadastral number. This means that the plot is not included in the cadastre.
What must be done to get a cadastral number:
– Contact a certified land surveying engineer (you can find a list of them on the website of the State Geocadaster: https://land.gov.ua) or the relevant organization and order the development of technical documentation with land management for each land plot.
– Submit documents to the State Geocadastre body at the location of the land plot. This can be done by: a land surveying engineer through the web portal of electronic services; you are in person at the Administrative Services Center.
The following documents are required for submission: application for state registration of the land plot; original land management documentation; electronic document with information about the land plot.
After submission, your documents will be checked for compliance with state requirements. If the land manager applied, it will take up to 7 days. If you are – up to 14 days.
– Get an extract from the State Land Cadastre about the land plot.
– Contact a title registrar, such as a notary public, to register the title to the land. As a result, you should receive an extract from the register of property rights about registration.
A state act and an extract from the register of property rights will certify your ownership of the land plot.
After that, your plot has a cadastral number, and you can carry out any operations with it.
