Information about owners and users of land plots throughout Ukraine has become open: any citizen can check who is the owner of a land plot. Any citizen can independently and for free check who is the owner of any plot on the territory of Ukraine.
This does not require any special permissions. To obtain information about the owner of the land, you need to know the cadastral number. If such a number is not known, it can be found on the “Cadastre Map”.
How to use the map:
– on the cadastral map, the plot can be found both by cadastral number and manually by location on the map;
– all plots entered into the State Land Cadastre are marked on the cadastral map with appropriate lines;
– if you are looking for a site manually and found it on the map, you must not click on it. The cadastral number of this land plot, its area, as well as the form of ownership will be displayed in the window that appears.
After that, you need to go to the special electronic resource “Information of the State Land Cadastre”. To start work, it is necessary to pass identification using an electronic digital signature or BankID.
Next, in the “Information about rights” section, you need to enter the cadastral number of the land plot. The system will provide information about the owner of the plot, its size, the date of ownership, the authority that registered the ownership, etc.
You can also get information about the owner of the land plot directly on the cadastral map. To do this, you need to click on the “Information on ownership and property rights” section.
