On July 21, with the support of the EU program, the manual “Cooperation of territorial communities in the field of administrative services” was presented in Ukraine, which was developed by experts of the EU program “U-LEAD with Europe”. 

The manual contains examples of inter-municipal cooperation in the field of administrative services, which is especially relevant within the framework of the decentralization reform.
