On July 16, the head of the Assembly of Agrarian Chambers of Ukraine, Ihor Vuytsyk, met with Sheikh Abu Alrub Emad, and his team from the Ukrainian-Arab Business Council, Oleg Berezyuk – vice president, Vadym Drobot – adviser, Andriy Kutsenko – deputy director of the Institute of Global Policy and Law in order to continue the developed directions for further cooperation in the field of agriculture.
Ihor Vuytsyk offered partners several interesting projects for joint activities in the field of agriculture, namely: a project on processing grain crops in the western region of Ukraine using the latest approaches and technologies to solve it and ensuring the processing of flour mill waste (wheat bran) for the production of disposable ecological tableware. The next project is on the processing and sale of natural honey, as well as the project on the production of candied fruit, concentrated juice and paste from Kherson watermelons.
Representatives of the Ukrainian-Arab Business Council are interested in the opportunity to invest in our agro-industrial complex without intermediaries with the possibility of guarantees when registering contracts for the supply of agricultural products through the exchange mechanism.
After the lifting of restrictive measures related to the pandemic, the parties agreed on concrete steps in the implementation of our cooperation.
Vasyl Ilkiv, Deputy Chairman of the Civic Council under the Lviv Regional State Administration, also took part in the meeting.
