On June 9, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine sent letter No. 2851-06/35507-06 to the structural subdivisions of the regional state administrations with a request to determine the needs for the creation of public pastures and the transfer to local self-government bodies of the relevant plots of state-owned agricultural land, taking into account the final stage of the decentralization reform. 

Methodical recommendations for the creation of public pastures have been developed for local self-government bodies interested in OSH, which reflect the sequence of implementation of the procedure for the registration of public pastures by local self-government bodies at the expense of state-owned agricultural land with the subsequent transfer of land plots to communal ownership.
