According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 3, 2020 No. 455 “Some issues of the implementation of the pilot project on the introduction of the principle of extraterritoriality in the state registration of land plots”, a pilot project on the implementation of the implementation of the state registration of land plots based on the principle of extraterritoriality started on June 10.
– The decision on the state registration of the land plot will be made by any State cadastral registrar of the territorial bodies of the State Geocadastre, selected by the State Land Cadastre system on a random basis;
– The term of state registration of a land plot according to the principle of extraterritoriality will not exceed seven working days from the date of registration of the application;
– Improvement of the resubmission procedure for registration in case of refusal;
– The state examination of land management documentation will be available in electronic form (prior to this, the developer had to put his signature in the journal personally when receiving the opinion, or it had to be done by an authorized person by proxy, and this is in the 21st century);
– Provision of the opportunity to correct errors in the information of the State Land Cadastre to certified land managers (about land plots that were formed mainly before January 1, 2013).
This procedure for state registration of land plots will be in effect for two years.
Also, in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, on June 10, Roman Leshchenko was appointed the head of the State Geocadaster of Ukraine.
