On April 14, an online webinar was held in Lviv Region on the initiative of the Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, the representative of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights in the Western Region and representatives of the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in Lviv Region with the aim of increasing legal awareness in rural areas with representatives of the united territorial communities of the region.

The chairman of the board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsyk, the head of the department of agro-industrial development of the Lviv Regional State Administration, representatives of Lopatynska, Rudkivska and Grabovetska OTG, Zhiriv village council took part in the webinar. 

As part of the webinar, current legislative innovations regarding issues related to tenancy relations and their registration aspects, the procedure for registration of unclaimed land shares (shares) and state registration of ownership rights to such formed land plots, about the creation and state registration of farm family farms, the expediency of introducing the position of state registrar in OTG, were also informed about the functioning of the operative headquarters for the protection of investors’ rights, countermeasures against illegal takeover and seizure of enterprises in Lviv region. Considerable attention was also paid to the coverage of information about the online services of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
