On June 4, 2026, the head of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsyk and communications manager David Kravchenko took part in the industry event “Agropazly 2026 Farm Day”, which took place in the Lviv region and brought together agricultural enterprise owners, farm managers, veterinarians, zootechnicians and dairy specialists from several regions of Ukraine.
The event was organized by the company “Zachidnyi Bug”, which prepared a rich program dedicated to the current issues of the development of modern dairy farming. The participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with practical approaches to increasing the efficiency of milk production, modern technologies for feeding and reproduction of cattle, as well as innovative solutions for organizing the work of farms.
During the theoretical part of the event, industry experts presented successful practices of dairy farm management, in particular, regarding the introduction of digital monitoring tools, the use of modern methods of feeding control, increasing herd productivity and ensuring effective reproduction of livestock. Particular attention was paid to the issue of using the latest technologies to improve the economic indicators of farms and increase the competitiveness of the dairy business.
The practical part of the event took place in the village of Ponikovitsa on the basis of the Milk Rivers LLC. The participants got acquainted with the work of one of the most modern dairy complexes in the region, visited a newly built cowshed, examined technological solutions for keeping animals and had the opportunity to see modern equipment for litter preparation in operation. Farm representatives shared their experience of implementing innovative approaches to the organization of production processes and ensuring high standards of animal welfare.

As part of the event, a meeting was held between the head of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, Igor Vuytsyk, and the director of Milk Rivers LLC, Taras Bakay. The parties discussed the possibility of the company submitting an application for participation in the open competition AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB, the partner of which is the Lviv Agrarian Chamber. The key benefits of the program were presented, which includes a grant of 50,000 euros for selected participants, annual mentoring support, training events, an international familiarization visit and participation in the final pitching of innovative solutions in the field of sustainable agricultural and biocircular economy.
“Specialized industry events with a theoretical and practical component are a very good practice for industry producers. Participation in such events contributes to the establishment of a professional dialogue between representatives of the agricultural sector, the exchange of practical experience and the spread of innovative solutions among producers,” said Ihor Vuytsyk, head of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber.
