At the request of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, the Main Directorate of the DPS in the Lviv Region held a ZOOM conference to clarify issues regarding changes to the procedure for stopping the registration of tax invoices for agricultural producers and farms.
The ZOOM conference was attended by 17 taxpayers – representatives of farms and agricultural producers, as well as the head of the Department for Identifying and Processing Tax Risks Ivan Melenchuk, a member of the People’s Council at the State Department of the DPS in Lviv Region, the Head of the Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsyk, the deputy director of the department – the head of the Department of Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship and Financial Support LOVA Lyudmila Honcharenko.
Ivan Melenchuk told the conference participants about the work of the automated monitoring system of tax invoices and adjustment calculations, focused on changes to the decree of the Tax Cabinet of Ukraine dated December 11 No. 1165 of 2019 regarding the procedures for stopping the registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations, which entered into force on October 14, 2022.
Focused separately on the completed notices on providing explanations and copies of documents regarding invoices, the registration of which has been stopped, filling in the data table of the value added tax payer.
The participants of the event were told about typical mistakes made by payers when filling them in and answers to the questions were provided. Also, the representatives of the DPS in Lviv region agreed with the proposal of Ihor Vuitsyk to conduct such ZOOMconferences on receipt of requests from farms invoices.
