The Rector of the University, Professor Volodymyr Stybel, addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech, who noted the benefits of farmers’ cooperation oblast and university scientists to implement innovations and ensure food security.

Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration Lyudmila Goncharenko spoke about state programs support for agricultural producers in the current year. Deputy Chairman of the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of Ukraine Mykola Stryzhak in his speech emphasized problematic issues of farming development, in particular in areas significantly affected by military actions.

The head of the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of the Lviv Region Yaroslav Kardash in his in his speech, he emphasized the problematic issues of farming development, in particular the lease of land plots.

V.o. Head of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund in Lviv, Volyn and Zakarpattia Oblasts, Oksana Ivatyo spoke about privatization procedures regarding the possibility of acquiring property complexes of state-owned agricultural enterprises.

Head State Labor Office in Lviv Region farms to prevent possible injury to employees and proper documentation of employment of employees.

President of the Italian Social Cooperative “Pausa Cafe» Marko Ferrero talked about the implementation together with the Lviv Agrarian Chamber (President Pavlo Muzyka) of the “Bread for Peace in Ukraine 2023” initiative, which allows us to fulfill an important social mission, helps support the farmers of the Lviv Region, and allows us to ensure access to the Italian market through a cooperative model.  

As part of the conference, farmers of the region discussed regional issues of cooperation with united territorial communities, problematic issues during the registration of tax invoices and discussed separate discussion, on their view,  bills.
