The State Agrarian Register (DAR) continues to accept applications for subsidies per unit of arable land.

The program applies exclusively to agricultural land registered in the State Land Cadastre and the State Register of Property Rights.  If the land plot owned/leased by the recipient is transferred by him for use to another person on the basis of a lease or sublease agreement, only the lessee/sublessee has the right to receive budget funds for one hectare of agricultural land. 

Producers of agricultural products can apply, both natural and legal entities, who will cultivate at least 1 and no more than 120 hectares of agricultural land and meet other conditions of the program.

The payment amount is UAH 3,100 per hectare of land, but no more than UAH 372,000. 

Applications are accepted until November 15, 2022 exclusively through DAR. 

Step-by-step instructions for applying for the program.

– Log in to the office at www.dar.gov.ua.

– Check information about your land plots in the “Information from registers” section. To calculate the expected amount of the subsidy, the value of the total area in use is taken as a basis.

– For the entire area in use, before submitting the application, information on the area of agricultural crops and plantations of fruit and berry crops, hops and grapes must be filled in the “Activities and Activities” section of your Office.

– Open the app in the “Available apps” section. To apply, click the “+” opposite the program name.

-Calculate the desired subsidy amount: multiply the number of hectares in use from the “Information from the registers” section by UAH 3100. Round the received product to two decimal places (for example, UAH 10,000.00). Enter this amount in the appropriate field when filling out the application.

– Answer the questions in the survey, give consent to access your account and click “Submit application”.

-The system will generate a completed application according to the form approved by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. Check the correctness of the entered data again and sign the application using the KEP.

-After checking the application by the responsible employees of the Ukrderzhfond, if it is approved, you will receive an Agreement on receiving budget funds with the Ukrderzhfond in your office for signature.

-Shortly after signing the Agreement, the funds will be transferred to the account specified when submitting the application.
