On November 18, 2025, another meeting of the board of the Public Council under the Main Department of the DPS in the Lviv region took place. The focus is on two extremely urgent issues concerning:
1. Natural persons-entrepreneurs who temporarily do not conduct activity.
2. Peculiarities of creation and registration of agricultural enterprises, farmers on the 4th group of the single tax.Volodymyr Koval, the head of the personal taxation department of the GU DPS in the Lviv region, gave a short but meaningful speech regarding the situation with FOPs that have suspended their activities. His report caused lively discussion, because many issues require clear clarifications at the legislative level.
The second key speaker was Valentina Mudryk, deputy head of the department of taxes and levies of legal entities in the field of agriculture of the DPS State Administration in Lviv region. She emphasized the criteria for registration of agricultural enterprises of the 4th tax group – in particular, the requirement for 75% of agricultural production for the previous reporting period.
The discussion was active, because many questions raised by the members of the board require an official interpretation from the legislator.
Representatives of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber – Ihor Vuytsyk, the head of the LAP, as well as representatives of the Chamber Volodymyr Kryshtal and Oleksiy Degtyarenko, who traditionally advocate for transparency, dialogue and support of agrarian business in the region, took an active part in the meeting.
