Dialogue with Polish partners to explore ways of resolving common issues

March 13 2024

On 8 March 2024, Oleg Beizik, Vice-President of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, visited the Lublin Agrarian Chamber, where he met with Polish partners to discuss the situation arising from the prolonged and unjustified blockade of the borders by Polish farmers and protesters.

During the meeting, a statement from the Lviv Agrarian Chamber regarding the situation at the border was presented; this statement had been adopted at a meeting of the LAC Board on 23 February this year. The response from our neighbours was quite swift and rather constructive. This once again demonstrates the importance of dialogue in seeking solutions to common issues.

We are providing the response from our Polish partners in its original form for your information.
