“The Ukrainian State Fund for Support of Agricultural Holdings (Ukrderzhfond) has announced a call for applications for financial support for agricultural holdings to carry out production activities and diversify production under the budgetary programme ‘Provision of Loans to Agricultural Holdings’.
Financial support for farms is provided in an amount not exceeding 1 million hryvnias, subject to a commitment to repay the budgetary funds within a period of up to 5 years.
To receive financial assistance, farmers must submit an application in paper or electronic form to the regional branches of the Ukrderzhfond.
Applications and supporting documents will be accepted by the regional branches of the Ukrderzhfond from 17 April 2023 to 17 May 2023.
All farming enterprises are eligible to participate in the competition, except those that have outstanding debts to the Ukrderzhfond and its regional branches, those declared bankrupt, those against whom bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated and which are in the process of liquidation, as well as those found to have illegally obtained and/or misused budget funds.
Furthermore, farming enterprises classified as legal entities or individuals subject to special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) are not eligible to participate in the competition.
