Lviv Agrarian Chamber informs that in  in September – October 2022, value added tax payers faced the problem of a massive stoppage of registration of tax invoices in ЕРПН, including for operations for which DPS used to be the country did not stop the registration of these tax invoices.

This indicates that the tax service, most likely, made changes to the software provision that led to the specified consequences. It is possible that one of these reasons is the introduction of changes to the Procedure for stopping the registration of a tax invoice/calculation of adjustment in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, namely Resolution of the CMU of October 12, 2022 No. 1154.

       At the same time, we draw attention to the fact that the software of the DPS of Ukraine does not provide any information to taxpayers about the reasons for stopping the registration of tax invoices, which gives reason to believe that it is working incorrectly or that the software has been tampered with third parties.
