Former agricultural workers traditionally have small pensions. This is due to the small salaries paid in collective farms. However, early pensions are provided for some peasants. Milkmaids, tractor drivers, piggery operators, tobacco pickers and women with many children who worked in agricultural production can count on benefits.
Swine operators and milkers
Women who worked as sows and milkmaids can retire at the age of 55 with at least 20 years of experience. Previously, the retirement age for them was 50.
In order to issue a pension, you must provide a certificate of compliance with the established service standards (the number of heads of pigs or cows assigned to the worker, which she must serve per shift).
tobacco
This category of workers can also retire at the age of 55, having at least 20 years of work experience. When appointing a pension, you should confirm employment during the full season.
Perennial women
Women employed in agricultural production who raised five and more children under the age of 14 can count on a pension regardless of age and work experience. They are entitled to receive benefits after the fifth child reaches 14 years of age. Pensions are assigned regardless of the form of ownership of the organizations in which the female workers were employed.
Other women with many children can retire at age 50 having 15 years of insurance experience. These are mothers who gave birth to five or more children and raised them up to the age of 6. A similar norm applies to mothers of children with disabilities or seriously ill children (orphan diseases) who do not have disabilities.
Tractor drivers
Men who worked as tractor drivers and were employed in in the production of agricultural products in state farms and collective farms, and now – in agricultural enterprises, can retire at the age of 55, if they have at least 30 years of insurance experience, 20 of which are in the specified job. Such employees must provide certificates of direct employment in the production of agricultural products.
