SE “Prozorro.Prodazhi” has developed and launched a separate open analytics module with key indicators regarding land auctions in Ukraine. 

Now all the information for each of the auctions is publicly available in the general analytics module. The analytics module for land auctions includes six tabs, each of which contains information about land auctions in a certain section.

Filters in each of them allow you to choose the period (month, quarter, year) or type of data (starting price, income, number of hectares, etc.) required for analysis.

Open data in the analytics module allows you to track and compare the number of announced and conducted land auctions, the area of plots displayed in the system, who exactly announces the auctions and how many participants competed for which plots. Information is also available on what sums the organizers have earned for the budgets of different levels as a result of successful auctions.

The data can be independently monitored and compared for the necessary periods, across regions and throughout Ukraine as a whole:

✓ the number of announced and conducted land auctions separately for rent, sale and together,

✓ the area of plots displayed in the system and their purpose,

✓ who exactly announces the bidding,

✓ how many participants and for which of the plots they competed,

✓ what sums the organizers earned for the budgets of different levels as a result of successful auctions.

The data can be viewed both directly in the analytics module and exported to Excel.
