The Ministry of Finance has approved the new forms for tax invoices and correction calculations, as well as the VAT return and its annexes, by its Order No. 400 of 9 August 2024 ‘On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine’.

The order comes into force on 1 October 2024.

The new tax invoice and correction note forms come into effect on 1 October, and VAT returns using the new form, in accordance with the rules of paragraph 46.6 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, must be submitted in November for the month of October.
