On August 12, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy launched an online platform for direct and unified interaction between the state and agricultural producers – the State Agrarian Register (DAR)(www.dar.gov.ua).
Agricultural producers registered in DAR will be able to apply for state subsidies, targeted, subsidized credit programs, as well as loans and technical assistance from the EU and other international donors.
Today, the DAR registration procedure is very simple and requires a few minutes of time, an electronic signature and an e-mail. And the most important thing is that any farmer can register in the system, even one with only a few animals on his farm.
Only the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and those institutions that directly provide support in the DAR will have access to the data of farmers in the DAR and only with the permission of the agricultural producer. Without the farmers’ consent, all information will be closed to other organizations.
The DAR will display the following information:
-Data on the agricultural producer from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and FOPs.
-Information about land plots owned and used from the State Land Cadastre and the Unified State Register of Property Rights.
-Information about animals registered in the Unified State Register of Animals.
If desired, the farmer can enter the following data:
-Statistical information by areas of activity.
-Copy of the charter (for legal entities).
-Any other documents that are required to participate in support programs (registration documents, statements, financial information, etc.).
