On November 16, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1113, which launches the mechanism of full transfer of agricultural lands to all, without exception, united territorial communities of our state. This is reported by the press center of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Government’s resolution is the next stage for the implementation of the process of land transfer to the places for which the State Geocadastre has been preparing for the last time.

The head of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko announced the algorithm for transferring agricultural land to territorial communities. He said that three things can be identified in the procedure, which should be done in the near future:

1) Territorial communities hold the first session, where the newly elected heads begin to perform their duties and inform the Head Offices of the State Geocadastre of the region.

2) The Main Department of the State Geocadastre prepares an order and act of acceptance of the transfer with a list of land plots, signed by the head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre of the region and the head of the territorial community.

3) After signing the documents, territorial communities register the right of communal ownership in the register of property rights to immovable property.
