According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 19, 2022 No. 921 “On Amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 220 of March 3, 2004 and No. 1438 of December 29, 2021” brought into line with the Law of Ukraine of May 12, 2022 No. 2247-IX “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding features of the regulation of land relations under martial law” Government Resolution No. 220 dated March 3, 2004 “On approval of the Model Land Lease Agreement” and No. 1438 dated December 29, 2021 “Some issues of implementation of the pilot project regarding the entry of information about land plots by certified land surveyors into the State Land Cadastre.”  

As a result of this, changes were made to the section “Other rights and obligations of the parties” of the Model Land Lease Agreement, namely, it was established that the rights and obligations of the parties during the period of martial law, its termination or cancellation in Ukraine or in the corresponding individual localities, are determined taking into account clauses 27, 28 of Section X “Transitional Provisions” of the Land Code of Ukraine, which establish the specifics of land relations regulation during the period of martial law, in the event of its termination or cancellation. 

Also, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 921 of August 19, 2022, the deadline for the implementation of the pilot project regarding the entry of information about land plots by certified land surveyors into the State Land Cadastre has been extended until 2023.
