In the main offices of the State Tax Service and interregional offices of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers, communication tax platforms have become operational.

From now on, representatives of civil society institutions and business associations will be able to communicate with tax authorities more quickly and qualitatively. To do this, it is necessary to send an application to the electronic mailbox of the platform in the relevant territorial body of the DPS.

Feedback will be provided by communicators selected from the number of employees of specialized divisions of the main departments and interregional departments dealing with large taxpayers. This will allow to intensify the dialogue with organizations that represent the interests of taxpayers, to identify systemic problems in business operations and their leveling.
