More than 500 Ukrainian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can receive loan support with a grant component from the German Government via Oschadbank.
Oschadbank is launching the second phase of the ‘Access to Finance and Support for the Sustainability of MSMEs in Ukraine II’ project as part of the ReACT4UA international cooperation project. This has been announced by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The project budget is €4.2 million. Applications to participate in the programme are being accepted at Oschadbank branches until 31 January 2024.
The maximum grant amount (compensation):
· for relocated enterprises and enterprises from de-occupied territories – 30% of the investment project’s cost, but not exceeding €30,000 in hryvnia equivalent;
· for other enterprises – 20%, but not exceeding €20,000 in hryvnia equivalent.
Enterprises operating in business sectors of economic importance to Ukraine, such as:
· agriculture, in particular the supply and processing of food products;
· the clothing (textile) industry;
· the processing industry;
· export-oriented manufacturing.
Enterprises with a positive credit history, employing up to 250 staff and with an annual turnover of up to €10 million, which have not received international technical assistance since 1 February 2022 and have no outstanding debts to the state budget, are eligible to participate in the grant programme.
Applications to participate in the programme are being accepted at Oschadbank branches until 31 January 2024.

The project is funded by the German government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation (DSIK) and the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF).
