On February 7, in Lviv, on the initiative of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine and JSC “Ario Law Firm”, a presentation of the project “Providing free consultations on issues of restoring the solvency of individuals”, which will be implemented in Lviv region during 2020 with the support of the project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), was held.

The main goal of the project was presented as part of an official event in Lviv by Ruslan Sydorovych, a partner of Ario Law Firm JSC, Roman Posikira, a member of the Council of the Branch of the Association of Lawyers in the Lviv Region, Maryan Chorniy, the head of the Council of Arbitration Managers of the Region, and the Director of the Regional Center for Providing Free Secondary Legal Aid in the Ihor Mykytin Region.

The goal of the project is to provide free consultations to people who need support on issues of insolvency, procedures for restoring solvency and debt restructuring of individuals in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Many citizens who need similar thematic consultations live in rural areas. 

Participation in the event was attended by members of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, who discussed current issues regarding cooperation with the project representative in the region.
