On June 17, in Lviv Oblast, on the basis of the Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region of the National Academy of Sciences, events were held to mark Farmer’s Day.

Deputy head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Yury Buchko, director of the Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region of the National Academy of Sciences Oleg Stasiv, head of the department of agro-industrial development of the regional state administration Tetiana Hetman addressed the farmers with a congratulatory speech.

The head of the board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsyk, representatives of LAP Taras Martynyak, Hryhoriy Sedilo, Ivan Klhan took part in the event.  

As part of the Farmers’ Day celebrations, farmers got acquainted with the Institute’s demonstration fields and learned the latest information from financial and credit institutions regarding farming support.
