The Lviv Agrarian Chamber serves as a placement venue for Master’s students specialising in ‘Entrepreneurship and Trade’ at Lviv National University of Natural Resources.

            This is just one area of cooperation between the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Stock Exchange Activities at LNU and an institution renowned far beyond Ukraine’s borders, which plays a vital role in ensuring the socio-economic development of rural areas by promoting entrepreneurship.

A quarter of a century – that is how long the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, revived during Ukraine’s modern history, has been operating, representing the interests of the region’s landowners, providing support to small agrarian businesses, and working closely with state authorities and local self-government bodies. The Chamber’s specialists are ready to share their wealth of experience in resolving important legal, financial, economic and social issues, which makes the LAP a prestigious venue for student placements in the ‘Business and Trade’ specialism.

Specific issues regarding the placement of students from the University of Natural Resources at the Lviv Agrarian Chamber were discussed by the Chamber’s Chairman, Ihor Vuytsyk, and lecturers from the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities – Professor Ihor Yatsiv and Associate Professor Olha Lysyuk. However, the range of issues on which it would be beneficial to combine the efforts of the university’s academics and the Chamber’s specialists is not limited to the educational process. The Chamber is approaching this milestone in its modern history with concrete achievements and plans, the practical implementation of which is a vital tool for ensuring the success of European integration processes and administrative-territorial reform, which our country continues to implement amidst the war.
