Dear colleagues, we invite you to take part in the online conference on the topic: “Legal aspects in the field of land relations” on February 25.

During the event, a wide range of issues related to effective management in the field of land relations will be discussed with the participation of representatives of: the Lviv Regional State Administration, the Lviv Regional Council, the Main Department of the State Geocadastre, the investigative department of the National Police, the prosecutor’s office, local self-government bodies, lawyers, notaries, the scientific community, state registrars, farmers and other interested parties.

Yes, experts with many years of experience in the field of land legal relations have already been invited to the conference, namely:

– Maria Vashchyshyn – Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Law, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. The topic of the speech: “Modern legal aspects of the agricultural land market in Ukraine.”

– Lyudmila Goncharenko – Acting Director Director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration. The topic of the speech: “Land reform is a driving force for the development of the agro-industrial sector of the economy.” 

– Nataliya Ilkiv – Candidate of Jurisprudence, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. The topic of the speech: “Theoretical and practical problems of land lease relations”. 

– Yuriy Pylypenko – Head of the branch of the Notary Chamber of Ukraine in the Lviv region. The topic of the speech: “State registration of rights to land plots. Entitlement documents for a land plot”. 

– Vitalia Shepega – head of the department of interaction with subjects of state registration and professional development of state registrars of the Department of State Registration of the Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice (Lviv), speaker of the conference. The topic of the speech: “Anti-raider legislation in the field of land relations”. Co-speaker: Hanna Hnativ – deputy head of the department.

– Ihor Vuytsyk – Chairman of the Board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber. The topic of the speech: “The work of the commission to ensure public monitoring of the activity of the State Geocadastre”.
