The Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Lviv Region advises that taxpayers may use the Electronic Cabinet (cabinet.tax.gov.ua) to obtain a statement regarding the status of their settlements with the budget. 

The ‘Applications, requests for information’ menu in the private section of the Electronic Cabinet allows taxpayers to create, sign and submit a request regarding the status of settlements with budgets and special-purpose funds based on data from the State Tax Service authorities using form ‘F/J1300203’. 

After a certain period, the user will receive a Statement on the status of settlements with the budget, which can be viewed and downloaded in the ‘Inbox’ section of the ‘Incoming/Outgoing Documents’ menu in the private section of the Electronic Cabinet.
