The regional commission of the Lviv branch of the Ukrainian State Farm Support Fund announces that it has started accepting applications and documents from farms to receive financial support on a competitive basis on a revolving basis under the budget program “Granting loans to farms”.
All farms are allowed to participate in the competition, except for those that have debts to the Ukrainian State Farm Support Fund (Ukrderzhfond) and its regional branches, which have been declared bankrupt, in respect of which a bankruptcy case has been initiated and which are in the liquidation stage, as well as in which facts of illegal receipt and/or misuse of budget funds have been discovered.
The winners of the competition receive financial support on a revolving basis in an amount not exceeding 500,000 hryvnias, with the provision of an obligation to return budget funds for a period of up to 5 years.
Applications and documents for participation in the competition are accepted by the regional commission of the Lviv branch for determining the list of farms applying for financial support from August 3, 2021 to September 3, 2021 at the address: Lviv, st. Kozelnytska, building 4 (Rozmus Oksana Stepanivna).
Competitive selection and formation of the register of farms that have received the right to receive financial support is carried out by the commission on providing financial support to farms (Ukrderzhfond, Kyiv, B. Grinchenko St., 1).
Applications and documents are submitted by the head of the farm (authorized person) in person or sent by registered letter to the address of the regional office of the Ukrderzhfund. Applications received after the deadline for their submission will not be considered.
The list of documents to be submitted for participation in the competition is provided for in Clause 8 of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1102 of August 25, 2008 (as amended). It can be read on the official website of the Ukrderzhfund (www.udf.gov.ua) or obtained in person at the regional offices of the Ukrderzhfund.
