The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and approved the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 31, 2016 No. 580.

With the adoption of the resolution, all types of land management documentation approved by the territorial bodies of the State Geocadastre will be carried out according to the principle of extraterritoriality. Previously, this applied only to diversion projects, and now the principle applies to 5 more types of land management documentation. In particular, this is documentation on land inventory and reclamation, which is necessary for removing and transferring the fertile soil layer. 

The principle of extraterritoriality applies to all documentation that is under approval in the State Geocadastre. The submitted documents will be processed by a specialist in another region, where the land plot is located, which will make corrupt actions impossible.
