On April 9, at the initiative of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Coordination Center for the Provision of Legal Assistance, a thematic webinar was held: “How to get a plot of land for free?”

In the framework of the webinar, experts of the Coordination Center highlighted the following topical issues:

– types of land that can be obtained;

– how to submit the correct petition;

– stages in the process of privatization;

– registration of land in the DZK;

– registration of the right in the Register of Property Rights.
