On June 27, 2025, an interesting training for participants of the Interreg NEXT Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027 Program was held in the city of Mukachevo, dedicated to key aspects of the implementation of cross-border projects. 

The event was aimed at providing practical recommendations on such important topics as project activity monitoring, project registration and re-registration, cost control, reporting, auditing and ensuring sustainability of results after the end of financing.

Representatives of project organizations from different regions of Ukraine took part in the training, including the team of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, which is the main partner in the project “Protection of biodiversity of transboundary territories of Ukraine and Poland from invasive populations of borschivna (Heracleum)» PLUA.01.03-IP.01-0008/23.

The Lviv Agrarian Chamber was presented at the event by: Ihor Vuytsyk – project manager, Maria Kovalko – chief accountant and David Kravchenko – purchasing and monitoring specialist.

The participants received important information about the requirements for project management, as well as got acquainted with digital reporting tools and project visibility rules. Special attention was paid to the sustainability of project results and the obligations of partners after the completion of implementation. 

The training became another opportunity not only to deepen professional knowledge, but also to exchange experience with other executors of program initiatives, which contributes to strengthening the quality of implementation of joint cross-border projects in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development.
