On June 22, a meeting was held between the chairman of the Assembly of Agrarian Chambers of Ukraine, Ihor Vuitsyk, and the managing partner of the NGO “Center for Social and Cultural Development Promotion Initiatives in Ukraine”, Roman Bilyavskyi.

The key focus of the meeting was the discussion of important aspects related to the development of beekeeping in Ukraine, the development of breeding apiaries, as well as the establishment of joint cooperation between the authorities and beekeepers in the state. This can be considered not the first step of the organization that develops, popularizes and provides support to beekeepers in the development of Ukrainian bee breeds. An important step in the direction of international cooperation is professional communication between professional beekeepers, societies and associations in Ukraine and Poland, which makes it possible to highlight current problems in beekeeping. 

The next official stage is the planned meeting for the signing of a tripartite memorandum of cooperation between Ukraine and Poland, which will provide an opportunity to establish cross-border cooperation in the Euroregion.
