On August 10, a meeting of advisers of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber took place to discuss improvement of the areas of activity, forms and methods of cooperation of the advisory service with agricultural producers of the region. 

Chairman of the LAP Board Ihor Vuytsyk noted that twenty people in the Agrarian Chamber have Certificates of advisers and expert advisers. Due to quarantine restrictions, some LAP advisors attended the meeting in an online format.

According to the president of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, Pavlo Muzika, LAP advisors are still providing free services to our agrarians, land owners, and OTG. And all because there was no mechanism by which it was possible to receive compensation. Order No. 76 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy dated July 12, 2021 raises many questions regarding the procedure for using the funds provided in the state budget for the provision of socially oriented agricultural advisory services.

In the framework of the meeting, LAP advisers worked out cooperation mechanisms with advisers of Agrarian Chambers of other regions of Ukraine. Proposals for the leadership of the regional state administration to dynamize the development process of counseling in Lviv Oblast, taking into account the best world experience, were also discussed.
