On 8 June, Lviv hosted the Western Ukraine Export Forum – a platform for showcasing export products and discussing trends in Ukrainian exports to EU countries and new markets.

Participants in the forum included agricultural producers from eight regions of Ukraine, the Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, the Chairman of the Board of the Lviv Agricultural Chamber, Ihor Vuytsyk, and the Director of the Department of Agricultural and Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Tetiana Hetman.

Forum participants took part in panel discussions with leading Ukrainian and international experts and discussed new free trade agreements, industrial development, logistics issues and other topical subjects.

Representatives of the agribusiness sector presented their products in the forum’s EXPO zone and shared their business case studies.

The forum also featured presentations on support instruments for exporters at national and regional levels, as well as from donor organisations.
