On August 5, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 866 “On Amendments to the Procedure for Conducting Land Inventory” developed by the State Geocadastre with the aim of obtaining, in the process of land inventory, information on relevant reclamation networks and their components for entry into the State Land Cadastre and state registration of property rights to reclamation networks or parts thereof. 

The decree defines, in particular:

-new land inventory object – land plots on which reclamation networks or their constituent part (constituent parts) are located; 

– a list of information that is indicated on the working and consolidated inventory plans in the event that the object of the land inventory is land plots on which reclamation networks or their constituent part (constituent parts) are located; 

– the basis for conducting a land inventory (in the event that the object of the inventory is land plots on which reclamation networks or their constituent part (s) are located – the contract concluded between the customer and the developer of land management documentation.
